• Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS.
• Shipping Area: We ship within the United States only. No international shipping.
• Shipping Rates:
  • $10 Flat Rate on all U.S. orders.
  • FREE Shipping on orders of $500 or more (before taxes and shipping).
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment has been completed.
• Shipping Times: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.
• Shipping Address: Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
• Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages: We take great care in packaging every order. However, once your package has been transferred to UPS, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit or after delivery. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact UPS directly to file a claim or request assistance.
• Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
